Deleted messages still showing up with timestamp

Hey all,

In previous ios versions, when you deleted individual messages from a conversion and then went back to the menu, it would move that conversation down the list to the last message in the conversation.

It seems that in the new ios after deleting a message the conversation stays were it was. So, if you delete all messages from today, the conversation will still stay with the other conversations from today, rather than being back down the list.

Seems a bit weird that the timestamp on the conversation remains at the last message despite the fact that it was deleted. I wonder if this can be fixed...

Does anyone that represents Apple even read these topics anymore? Just look at how many unanswered topics exist in these forums. It's truly sad. You guys had a good product and are deliberately screwing it up and ignoring the consequences. At least that's the way it seems.

Just make something that works, and leave it alone.

I jsut went from ios7 to ios 9 and exactly what you said has happened. I use this phone for business and used to delete the unimportant texts, so the important ones woul[d stay at the top of my screen for the next day. Now, when you delete individual texts, it doesn't move them down anymore. Have they ever fixed this yet?

If they had changed it, it wouldn't still be happening.

Has this been fixed yet in iOS 9's latest release?
