The weight of the package was listed at 500g (0.5kg) by my delivery service.
The dimensions of the box are 155mm x 60mm x ~90mm (l x h x w).

Why do YOU need to tell the postal service? Ask whoever is sending it to you. The dimensions of the retail package don't matter unless whoever is sending it to you is stupid enough not to put it in another box so it doesn't get stolen in transit.
