iPhone 6 Battery Usage setting not working.

When I go to my setting and check my Battery Usage setting it states: "Battery information will be available after using iPhone for a few minutes". I've been using it for hours and I get the same response when I go to the setting. I've turned off my phone multiple times to see if that would resolve it, but it hasn't. Is anyone else experiencing this behavior?

Yes. I called support and it was the first they have seen it. They had me close all my apps that were open, double click the home button and swipe up on all apps. After that shut the phone down by holding the wake button. Start the phone up and go to Settings>General>Usage if you have the Battery Percentage turned on you will need to turn it and after a couple seconds turn it back on then go into Battery Usage. It should work now. Let me know if that worked. If not you might have to call support. Good luck!

My steps that didn't work:

Hard reset phone (home and wake button)

Closed out all apps after it started back up (double click home and swiped up)

Restarted phone just using wake button to turn off and back on

Went into usage (turned off battery percentage icon first) then went into usage and still getting that same screen saying it will show up in a few minutes.

Did I do something wrong?

Hello.
I have the same problem. iPhone 5, iOS8.0.2, used for a few days - still no usage statistics, only "Battery information will be available after using iPhone for a few minutes".
I tried restore iPhone (DFU) without restoring backup from iCloud/iTunes, resets, hard-resets, erase all settings, drain battery to 0% and charge to 100% overnight etc. - nothing helps.
I wrote to the Apple about this problem.
Here is the page that you can use to contact with Apple and report a bug - https://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html
Please, give the title of "iOS8 battery usage statistics not working" (or something like that), choose the "Bug report" and describe the problem. Perhaps it will make that Apple will eliminate this problem in the next version of iOS. More report - greater chance.
Regards

This worked for me! Thanks! I might add to make sure that you toggle off the Battery Percentage option (if you have it on) before you close oit all the apps and shutdown the phone. Just a suggestion...but it might matter to do this in that specific order before you try resetting the phone. I turned the Batter Percentage indicator option back on before I went into the usage. When I finally did go into the battery usage it was all there. Hope this helps.

Similar problem on iPhone 7+. It did it on 10.1.1 and 10.2

I have seen phones on display in an Apple Store do this.

I have done two AppleCare chats and two Genius Bar appointments. Diagnostics done by Apple show no hardware problems.

Submit a report to Apple Feedback. Do a chat with AppleCare if you have AppleCare. Make a Genius Bar appointment. Apple doesn't officially monitor these forums. This problem has been around for awhile.
