iPhone 6 Plus pre-order delivery estimates

I'm hoping someone with a crystal ball might be able to answer this question. I pre-ordered the iPhone 6 plus(Space Gray 64g) at 5:00am, on September 12th, from Apple.com. I'm still showing an estimated delivery time of October 13-20th. I've previously always pre-ordered, by phone, through At&T and had my phone delivered on launch day. Has anyone ever had their estimated delivery date "moved up? Or has anyone had it moved up on this iPhone launch? Is anyone getting tired of Apple never having enough product or underestimating the potential demand? Maybe it's just me but it's getting old. Any genuine thoughts? I'm new at this waiting 4 weeks for delivery thing. Many thanks from CA.

I went to a mall over the weekend. I did not see a lot of people waiting in line for the iPhone 6 like couple weeks ago. That's a good sign. I never had to wait for a phone before. It was interesting experience. My last phone was iPhone 4s. It was new experience to get 6+. I'm still trying to get use to the phone size. I notice AT&T Next is now available on Apple website.

I enjoy my Macbook Pro. I still tend to use my Windows laptop more. I plan to go to intro Mac workshop at Apple someday. It is early 8:30 class. I do not want to get up Saturday early morning. LOL

I am in metro Detroit. There are about 4 Apple stores in the area. None have had 6+ unless it was a return.

@PoohBearZa. We didn't have any 6 Pluses, at my Apple Store, until a few weeks ago. I was in there last weekend, upgrading my mom's 4s to a 6, and there were tons of people walking out with both the 6 and 6 Plus. I was shocked at how many they had. I asked the store manager about the recent influx of phones and she said they were getting daily shipments of both the 6 and the Plus. I was hoping they were becoming more available, in the stores, for those still waiting. Looks like some areas still don't have stock. Please go into your Apple Store, one day, for training on your MacBook. It really is a great machine and once you learn your way around I think you'll love it! 🙂
