Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Ok so we know how BADLY 8.1s performance was but I'm still a 7.2.1 user and I haven't upgraded YET but now that I checked my iPad mini says that 8.2 has been released and it fixes everything 8.1 caused so I did some searching and I found nothing yet so I just wanna know upgrade to see what happens or leave it to good ol'7.2.1.

I Don't know what everyone is talking about it is iOS 8.2 it was released today it's an update from iOS 8.1.3 I'm currently running the new Apple iPad Air 2 with it and it's awesome
You complained about the cartoony interface making it sound like you updated from IOS 6. If you updated from IOS 8.1.3 there should be no differences in the icons.
Yes I haven't cared for it in a while wish they would go back
I have noticed no difference in the new update appearance, but your selected background wallpaper would make any icons look 'cheesy'.

I Installed 8.2 right when it came out. I have a replacement IPAD4
ONce again, I am left disappointed, not only by how much it slowed things down, but the fact that there is now a delay when typing anything.
When "Surfin' the Net", checking mail, using apps, it will just shut the screen down and send you back to the original startup app pages.
THe Screen freezing is the most frustrating of any issue. It has been going on since two IOS updates ago.
MInd you, I have even replaced my IPAD in the process, and have Internet boost.
MY opinion here is, be cautious.
Mine's faster.
No issues with the update on any of our devices. Much more stable and responsive. You should get yours checked by a professional.

And it was correct then, 8.2 did not exist.
Now that iOS 8.2 is out should I download?
