Stop or Disable Apple ID Email Notification for Signing on Different Device

I really, really hate constantly seeing this annoying email. I use browsers all the time for mail on different computers, all very secure and trusted, yet I continually have my inbox bombarded by this horrid email from Apple. Apple needs to rethink annoying customers on a daily or more than daily basis, that frustration will build and make long time loyal customers reconsider their product whole line. Allow users to turn this notification off for their accounts or at least build in ways to add a trusted computer to account that does not do this.

In addition to sharing your views with Apple directly as Chris suggested, also, not sure why you are not creating a rule to move them to another mailbox so you don't have to see them or deal with them? It's a one-time effort that you only need to set up on one computer. It is a simple workaround for the moment....

Why I have no more email notifications if Find my iPhone is accessed from my wife's phone or from my iPad?

maybe there is something we could do to stop notifications?

Before you ask: my iPad is not pass coded, is not already logged in to find my iphone (I have to type user and password), from my wife's iphone is the same (not already logged in) and, strange, if I do from my iphone I receive email notification so there are no mailbox rule to hide, move or delete these emails. The only one who is interested in this "malfunction"? Is my wife that doesn't want let me know everytime she located me and that's why I would like to restore all notifications for every device.

Nope. I've had my iPhone4 pass-coded since upgrading it to iOS7, and I got 6 emails yesterday as my dad was tracking my cross-country drive. Pass-coding the device alone does not kill the notifications.

Not passcoding you device, it would have to be his; the device that is accessing Find My iPhone. Read back in the thread. If he was logging in on a computer, and different story. Once you log in and get a notice it should not notice you again from the same computer.

Nope. Logged into the web interface 3 times today - in the same window (never closed the browser) - and got 3 email notifications. Yes, I hit the 'Remember Me' checkbox...

AND... Nope. Every time I launch the app on my pass-coded phone and search for my wife's 4s running iOS7, she gets an email.

I'm glad that trick works for some folks, but it's not 100%.

HELP

I used to log into find my phone from my mac and it sent an email only on the first time of log in ever. Now I have updated to Yosemite and it sends and email EVERY time I log in again from my mac. Is there a way to get round this? Is it to do with cookie settings?

Interestingly enough, when you sign into iCloud or Find My iPhone from your Mac, there is no alert. Only when you do it from an iOS device.

I'm not disputing your claim, however, do you have a passcode? Do you have the latest version of Find My iPhone app installed? There was a recent update.

Right... I only sign in my APP find my iphone and there is when I get the emails

Been forever since I used iCloud on the web/PC

No pass code on my phone

I use app version 3 3A58

Also running ios7....not the new 8
