Why do some webpages not finish loading images when using cellular data instead of WiFi?

I am also seeing this issue in iOS 8.1 on Safari (iPhone 5). This has not been addressed Apple!!!

Chrome is fine. iOS 7.* is fine. *** Apple!! Half the sites I go to don't load up properly anymore!

Why don't you focus on building quality and well-tested software instead of loading more and more mediocre apps on your phones

This apparently a problem with the AT&T network, and not Apple devices. It doesn't happen on other networks.

I loaded Chrome and got around the problem until its fixed.

It's not AT&T. I have Verizon. And also it happen when connected to a really slow wifi.

Agree.. Although it appears to be an iPhone 6 issue only. My iPad mini and my wife's iPhone 6 Plus are not having this issue with safari. Can anyone confirm that this is a multiple device issue?

I thought it was solved with 8,1 but now checking today, it is still issue. I have ATT. It does it also over wifi.

It's a bug with Safari, Mail, stock iOS apps, and older in-app browsers (Reeder 2 which hasn't been updates for iOS 8 has this issue). I have not came across this issue in Chrome at all. But it only happens to me on LTE (AT&T), and it happens quite often.

i Have a friend with a 6 Plus on T Mobile and he hasn't experienced the problem.

Have this exact same problem and it's extremely frustrating. It's been an issue ever since purchasing my iPhone 6 plus. Anxiously awaiting a fix!

I am having this same exact problem with Safari and Mail. Very frustrating and making the phone almost useless for Web browsing and Email! 😠

Also, I should point out that this has been happening to me and coworkers on Safari on iPhone6, iPhone5 & iPhone5s with iOS 8, iOS 8.0.1, iOS 8.0.2 & iOS 8.1 on AT&T LTE, 4G & WiFi as well as iOS 8.0.2 on iPad2 and iPad Mini. No noticeable issues on Chrome on any of the aforementioned devices.

It has been happening to me on websites I visit often on WiFi and LTE. It started happening on my iPhone 6 and still happens running 8.1. I didn't upgrade my iPad to iOS 8 immediately and while running iOS 7 the image placement and image loading problems didn't happen at all. As soon as I upgraded to 8.1 the issue started happening on my iPad a lot. Clearing cache only clears up the problem for a while then it will come back.

Chrome works perfectly. This is a bug with all iOS 8 versions.
