Wifi bug on iphone 4s ios 8.0.2

After updating my iPhone 4s from IOS 7.1.2 to 8.0.2 i noticed my pings really high when gaming on my PC.

Phone and PC on the same network. I'm using a Netgear Nighthawk R7000 router. Phone on 2.4g connection while PC on 5G connection on the same router.

When playing counter strike global offensive i noticed my pings being really high so i turned off wifi oh my iphone and to my surprise the ping started to go down to 30~ and as soon as i turn the wifi on and give it a few secs and it goes up to 250+ ping.

I never had this issue before. This is a major bug on ios 8.0.2. now i cant game on my PC and have wifi turned on my phone at the same time.

Anyone else experience this issue? any fixes?

Thanks

My symptoms could be related.

Once I installed 8.0.2 on my iPhone 4S it started knocking my Windows laptops off my WiFi network, and when I disable WiFi on the iPhone 4S the problem goes away. (Here's the thread: iOS 8.0.2 on iPhone 4S crashes WiFi network)

This is a serious issue. It's bad enough if it doesn't work, but if it interferes with other devices it's completely unacceptable.

If i am seeing high ping from my device then its highly likely to cause problems to other connected devices on the network as it looks like its killing the bandwidth somehow. Its like its ddods attacking the network.

This is definitely related as i'm sure you too will see high ping if you load up an online game. Apple need to address this, how do we contact them directly? I had no luck trying to get a support e-mail address so posting here was my last resort.

Maybe i can contact a tech site who can publish an article to get some attention!
