Is it true that the iPhone 6 plus has an issue with bending easily?

Is it true that the iphone 6 plus bends too easily?

There are no issues. The people reporting the bending issues are the same people looking at blue and black dresses, thinking is gold and white. If you handle your iPhone with care, you shouldn't be victim of accidental damage.

Not the best analogy as 75% of people see the dress as white and gold. 😉

This has long since been debunked the person responsible for claiming that Apple had a problem has been outed as a fraud.

If you try and attack a bull sometimes you get the horns.

I will admit that I was gullible to this as well at FIRST, but the pictures and youtube vidoes all claimed it was because people left them in their pocket.

It seemed plausible, but one thing I forgot, Apple Engineering. How does a company get here? It's not by accident, they research, test, and do extensive quality assurance before it gets released.

Of All companies in the technology sector people should realize Apple spends a GREAT deal of effort on the BEST materials, if you believe nothing about Apple go back and look at their history they have ALWAYS had a reputation for being pricey.. that's because there isn't much compromise when it comes to Steve Jobs, he insists on using the BEST in his products, so why would a 8th generation device be any different?

It's not, and it didn't happen. The "bendgate" was a weak attempt by detractors to derail the Apple Juggernaut. It didn't work.

Like I said I look at the videos and though yeah.. its big it could bend, but I use a case, so my first instinct was simply buy a case and you will be fine, even *IF* the claims are true, a case will protect you.

Actually I think 95% are the same fools that believe white and gold looks like black and blue, only 5% of us see the truth.. people are EXTREMELY naive when it comes to technology and very subjective when it comes to colors..

Which answers many questions for me over the years why people can't look at something and just accept it, now I know why because they "see" it totally different, because their education "told" them blue can look gold in the right light.. meh.. who knew!?!?

This is a perfect reason why you NEVER accept things at face value, a slight tilt of the head or just moving that dress would prove it's light playing tricks with your eyes.. so EVERYONE assumes there is only perspective??!?!

I certainly would not be so rude or unkind as to call people with different perceptions than mine "fools". There is a neurophysiological basis for seeing the dress color one way rather than another. It is not a question of stupidity or following the crowd. It's also not a question of a "slight tilt of the head".

What a bizarre thing to say! My phone does not have a case, and it hasn't bent. Millions of other users have never bent their phones. The phones that bend are owned by people who don't know how to take care of expensive devices. And it's a very small number. With over 100 million iPhone 6 models in use if a lot of them bent you would see more than a few dozen videos. People who have not bent their phones do not post videos of unbent phones.

Is it true that the iPhone 6 plus has an issue with bending easily?
