How to disable emergency call?

MY QUESTION IS..HOW TO DISABLE THE EMERGENCY CALL BUTTON?

So on youtube videos i've seen. People are ByPassing into iPhones by using the emergency call on the home screen by 1. On the Activation screen they press the next button and they expect a error message "incorrect password" so they press ok 2. They then press the home button one time and click emergency call 3. They then dial 112 and call until the (green calling bar appears on the top) once the call is made they press the lock button 3 times 4. The phone is then in lock mode so they press the home button and slide to unlock which leads to the emergency call list.

They attempt to do the Siri voice over by clicking the home button 3 times and block all callers to make the home screen appear, once they got to the home screen they turn off voice over by clicking the home button 3 times. Even though the apps are probably locked, they dont mind taking the iPhone to jailbreak.
