After I've updated my iPad 2 to iOS 8, the function "text-to-speak" (the small microphone on the keyboard) is not working. On my iPhone 5 S, it's working perfectly!
Can anyone give advice? Tx.

The “voice-to-text” feature you are referencing uses Siri to translate your voice into text, so you will want to use the following article to help you troubleshoot this issue:

Speech-to-Text and Siri are only available on the iPad 3 and later.
"voice-to-text" is not working after upgrade ipad 2 to iOS 8
