EFI password

Hello!

I have a problem with my MacBook Air A1465 serial C02HT38LDRV7, I bought in the UK during my studying there. I set an EFI password and forgot it. I need to reset it, but in APR service center, here in Kazakhstan, they said that I need to contact you.

To confirm, that the MacBook is mine, I can send you photos of it original box. Also after I bought it, I registered it with my APPLE ID in special service section of Apple.com. I can't give you photos of docs because I made VAT refund while was moving to Kazakhstan from UK, so my receipt was taken on the border.
