Pickup Limit?

Hi, i have a doubt. I bought an iphone 6 Plus, in apple store online, with the option pickup. Now appears the message Available to pickup, Please pickup by 5 October, but i will only be able to pickup in November, 6. I dont want to cancel. How it works?
