My new iPhone 6plus suddenly has no sound
All sound is gone. I've tried everything anyone with a fix?
Same error here iphone 6s plus. Have to restart error happens every other day. when you use siri the phone makes a weird buzzing sound

Same thing happened to me just yesterday. Like when I turn ringer up it'll say headphones like it's still connected. I called support but they took too long to answer. Took about 1hr or 2 for it to work. It works when I make phone calls but can only speak on the speaker phone. But your phone should be fine. :)

Thanks - I only needed to restart my phone.
I stopped out of the blue working in my car on bluetooth and handheld.

than scroll down to DO NOT DISTURB and make sure the MANUAL is not switched on

This was my problem too for 2 months....
turning off Bluetooth worked to get my sound back for texts and notification. Thanks!
try going to "settings".

it may be the bluetooth paired device, disable your BT and check if works and a restart required if doesn't works.
Turning off my bluetooth and plunging my headphone out and in seem to fix my problem of having no sound.
