Continuity between different apple accounts

Dear All,

I have an account A (iPhone), different account B(iPad/Mac). Account A has enabled the "Family Sharing" with Account B.

Both the devices are in the same WiFi.

Is there a way to enable continuity between two different Apple accounts (A & B)? Your ideas/thoughts will be appreciated.

Continuity in this discussion means - Picking up the calls from other devices, Receiving the messages from other devices
