icons appearance has changed after ios 8.2 update, now a "gridded bullseye" IPA

I did the IOS 8.0 and this week updated with the 8.2. Slow uploads, spinning beach ball, and unresponsive use of some apps. Most icons on my desktop have changed from the App Avatar to a gridded bullseye? Any thoughts on how to resolve?

Thanks,

iPad 3G

The bullseye app icons usually indicates a corrupt or incomplete app application. First thing to do is reset your iPad. Press and hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Then release the buttons and let the device restart. No data will be lost doing this. It's like rebooting a computer.

If after fter the ipad has restarted the icons are still showing the bullseye delete those apps and download them again from the App Store.
