Go into the iTunes Store, and make sure you are logged in to the same account that you used when you redeemed the vouchers. At the top left, next to your Apple ID, you will see your credit balance. That balance should reflect the value of the cards you redeemed.

When you select a song in the Store and click its price, it will download to your computer. Meanwhile, your credit balance will be decremented by the price of the item and applicable taxes, if any.
