Obviously I'm missing something... I've tried what you suggested.. and when I copy the image (i've tried png, jpg and gif) and paste it in the signature it shows the image in the signatures settings... however when I send an email... the image doesn't go with the email.. when i open the email in Mac Mail its just blue question mark where the image should be
Has anyone been able to figure this out? I am currently having the same problem. I add it to my signature, the first email was alright, but when I went to reply to someone all I got was a blank box! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!
This video shows you how. I couldn't get it to work either but for some reason you have to copy/paste the signature from a **forwarded email** in order to get the image to show up.
If you are under the signature portion for your respective email account, you can right-click below your information and it provides an option to "Capture Image From Screen". I had my logo up on the same screen already and simply boxed what I needed from a picture viewer; now it is permanently on my signature. I hope this assists everyone!
I tried all of the above and eventually this system worked. It appeared to be more about defining the area to copy rather than simply copying the image. Hope you have some success.

the shake method does indeed revert it back to HTML which in turn should theoretically keep the image "linked" in your signature. It worked great right out of the gate, then I noticed it stumbled a bit showing the graphic when 'replying' to emails; the blank box where the image should be re-appeared, so i went back and tried re-establishing my signature from the beginning...and so far I'm all good: both composing and replying list my image in the signature. Certainly beats the, "sent from my iPhone" tag. -The last time that tag was cool was 2007 for a couple months.
Well none of the suggestions have worked for me. I've tried png, jpg and also pdf and none of them work. I copied the whole email content, I've done the shake 'n vac, forwarded and copied but get the same result. I send one email that has the signature and then it disappears. The signature is still there in settings though. Very strange. I feel there must be a bug in the IOS.
I'm using an iPhone 6 Plus with IOS 9.1
Hoping someone can find a solution.
Trying to send a little 50x50 pixel logo at the bottom of an email but given the difficulty you'd think we were trying to send a rocket to the Moon...
Having a company logo in your sig line is a simple and necessary component of business emails. It's really amazing that Apple hasn't sorted this out.
So sort it out APPLE...
I Find it really strange that Apple don't ALLOW a simple logo to be added to an email.
I Have tried every suggestion in this post and none of them work.
Iv done endless research and the bottom line is you can't add a business logo to a business email! I just don't get it.
Come on Apple sort this out please.
I created it on my PC, emailed it to myself using an email account on my IPhone and then copy/pasted it into the IPhone signature and neither a png or jgp file transmitted in outgoing emails. I contacted Apple and they referred me to this link. then suggested I go to apple.com/feedback to leave comments for the developers about this.
I have tried it out on iPad and on iPhone running OS10 and it works until you close the mail aplication.
I didn't find yet a solution for this issue and a need to do something, apple support also can give me an answer for my issue, so I think there is no solution for our problem.
If anybody has a solution please advice
Take care people
It works once I've tried it every way possible.
Then the box is blank. Signature is there perfect with a black box where my logo is. I have even saved it as a pic and inserted it. That turns out to go in full size and overpowered the email. I would have to agree it can't be done.
I recently had the same issue and so I found myself upon this support article. After messing with it a little bit I was still having the same issue you were. What I found out you need to do is, the image you plan on using in your signature line on your phone, you need to have the image stored locally on your phone as well. After I saved the image it appeard in the signature line when I would compose new emails, and the little blank box no longer appeared. I hope this helps if you havent found a soultion to the problem yet.
I have a solution here:
Unfortunately, you can't. That's not a feature of iOS.
