iPhone 6 Plus October Orders!

i oordered mine on September 24th, status went to preparing to ship on the 15th, Wednesday, and is still stuck in that mode. I call everyday to see if can get some inside info. Today was even told by Apple employee that they would be willing to bet it's sitting on a dock somewhere waiting to clear customs: credit card has been charged already but yet not shipped. They further said that it most likely would ship within 24 hrs since schedule delivery is 23rd thru 30. Does anyone know how long average status is from preparing to ship to shipped?

I ordered my 6+ 64gb Space Gray from an AT&T store in San Leandro, CA on October 10, 2014 and just got this message yesterday from AT&T....

I have a question for everyone who ordered one. Firstly, did anyone order the unlocked version.

Secondly, Did they charge you sent even though its still saying processing? I Ordered mine on the 15th and it still says processing and the funds is still in my account.

Ordered mine just yesterday, October the sixteenth.

Seeing as how some people still didnt get theirs when they ordered in September, it would be safe to assume that I wont get mine until 2017.

Also, derrick i would suggest that you would call the apple online store/the place where you had purchased. I was told by an apple specialist over the phone that they usually ask for authorization to your card (but not charge it) to see if you are able to pay for the device itself right before it ships. Once that is cleared out, they will charge you once it ships. This is the canadian apple store, so it might be different for the American one. It wont hurt to call them nevertheless.

Give it another week or so. But sometimes, I was told by others that even if your card is denied/have some problems with your payment, they dont notify you at all; you would need to call the apple online store and ask for it to be cleared out.

Thanks Kirtusl, I have funds on my card to buy several phones 🙂 So it can't be a money issue. But i'll wait some more and see. If i don't see anything within a few days, then ill call them.

So, My 6+, 128, SG, ordered on 9-23 shipped yesterday evening from Chinese location of origin. Apple says (and emailed me) a delivery date of 27 and UPS says (and emailed me) the 23rd. Wouldn't you guys think UPS is the more likely to be correct since they have it?

Apple said Tuesday that it is on track to launch its iPhone 6 handsets in more than 115 countries by the end of the year, making it the company's fastest smartphone rollout ever. How can this be the fastest rollout ever when millions are still awaiting their phones? Just saying you have released the phone in a certain country is not rolling them out! Getting them in your customers hands is a rollout. Which Apple has failed on with this iPhone 6/6+ release. Even the 5 S was only a 2 week wait. I use I device checker everyday to see if a 64 GB 6+ in space grey is available near me, every day no stores show up. Clearly Apple, this is not your fastest rollout. I would have more respect if Tim Cook grew a pair and got out and made a public announcement telling us how this is the worst rollout in apples history getting devices to customers and apologized for the delay. Instead of lying about how fast they rolled this out. Selling people virtual phones that don't exist is a terrible way to say you are ahead of the game. Apple you need to start getting the phones out to the people who have ordered them and stop releasing them in other countries until all those orders are filled. It is a slap in the face to us who are waiting and in no way can you say this is your fastest rollout. You have lost a customer here. This will be my last idevice and I will no longer promote apple products on our show.

I know a lot of people are waiting for these phone to ship, but I honestly got tired of waiting. I know that the supply and demand will level out, but I think that this wait is getting ridiculous. I ended up canceling my order because the process of people getting shipments is random. There's really no organized way about people getting their iPhones. Some people who ordered early are getting their iPhones at a later time that others who have ordered at a later time. Maybe one of you came up with "my" order. Lol! Well, I wish you all the best in your shipments and, hopefully, Apple starts ramping up on 6 Plus orders because I know that there are A LOT of frustrated customers.

Just as a heads up, SOME people are finding iPhones at other stores, rather than carriers or Apple, a lot faster. I know that Target, Best Buy, Radio Shack, and a few others get random shipment. Maybe one of us will get lucky and find one there. One other thing, if you decide that you can't wait and go to one of these stores, you'll have to cancel your previous order BEFORE you can purchase the iPhone from one of those retailers. Good Luck! I ordered at the local Verizon store on September 16th. IPhone 6 plus 64gb silver. I have a "receive by" date of 9/28/2014. Its supposed to ship on the 24th. Although, my online tracking shows no status. I 've been waiting, like everyone, extremely impatient. Hoping the ship date stays true.

New to this forum. This is my ordeal getting my I phone 6 plus space gray 64gb Tmo.Initially ordered from Tmobile on launch day, my worst move, cancelled my order after 1 week because they were clueless, don't have time for BS.Ordered through Apple on Oct 1st delivery date Oct 31st to Nov 6.Still too long for me but better than order through carrier. Meanwhile, continued hunting for my I phone with the exact spec from www.istocknow.com, very difficult to snag one via the website but this allowed me understand the pattern of Apple store refills with exact timing. When the opportunity came was prepared and got lucky. Now have my phone!!!!🙂

So I checked my iPhone 5s shipment from last year and I ordered it on 9/20 got an "your item has been shipped" email on 9/23, and received my phone on 9/25 at 6:19 pm via UPS. So what I'm hoping for is the same thing. Wishful thinking I know but I still am. Must have phone next week. I think Apple should give a 10$ gift card for those of us who have waited this long. Ijs.

Yeah guys...you know what, I think i will just risk a bullet and buy one of those sealed iphone 6 plus off of craigslist...

I mean, waiting for a month for a phone is really crazy to me... besides, if i check if it works, along with the imei and web order number, how can it be fake?

I'm so afraid I'll cancel my order every time I check it. I have to be really careful. Thinking I'm going to try to stop. I'll just check my bank account. That'll let me know that it's shipped because they don't charge you until they do unless you preorder.

Seem like Sprint phones are shipping, I've checked with 2 local store and they have seen very few 6 plus come in

its very discouraging to wait and wait and wait. Really how hard could that be keep people hoping and give a update.

I keep saying this is the LAST time I buy a apple product, hate the waiting game
