iPhone 6 Plus October Orders!

Hey folks,

Just wanted to start a thread for iPhone 6 Plus October orders.

I placed my order for an AT&T version, 64 GB Space Grey iPhone 6 Plus on October 2, 2014 from the Apple Online Store. My order status is still "processing." I did however, receive a text from AT&T confirming my upgrade to a new 2 year contract. Is this a sign that my order is moving ahead? My supposed ship date is between Oct. 29 - Nov. 5. How are everyone else's orders for October going?

Thanks!

I went to 3 Target stores in my area and they had all versions with each carrier. I was so excited I literally told the employees that I loved them only to find out that Target Mobile (now in pretty much every store) is limited. They can only perform actual 2 year upgrades or new service/add a line. Since I'm not eligible for a two year upgrade I couldn't get it. I had it in my hands and everything. They said that only my carrier (att) could fulfill my early upgrade. I was heart broken. But to those of you who are eligible--- visit Target you can walk out with one in hands same day.

I Also ordered my 6 plus AT&T 64gb gold on the Apple website on 9/27. I was eligible for a 2 yr upgrade. On 9/28 I received an email from AT&T saying changes had been made on my account & when I checked, I was no longer eligible for an upgrade. A few days later when I got my cell phone bill, I noticed I had been charged the $40 upgrade fee.

MY order on Apple has been stuck on Processing items since I made the order.

I decided to check the At&t website to see if I was charged an upgrade fee and I was not. I did however check my upgrade eligibility and it says that I'm not eligible for an upgrade until 4/28/2016 so it looks like it did go through. I'm just tired. Im an avid Apple fan. This is excruciating! Especially when I read the Att forums and people who ordered in October and had ship dates for after Thanksgiving are receiving them before I am (one week later) and I ordered at the end of Sept from APPLE with no such luck. Aren't they all coming from Apple? How could they have more of a supply?

ordered my ATT 128 Gold 6+ on 09/17 from online Apple, with a delivery timetable of 10/20-10/27, still in "order processing" holding pattern.

Yet Apple confirmed,10/9 nothing delayed, and this iphone currently in warehouse, soon to a ship preparation, with early to on time delivery, so....??

I did cancel a previous order for a ATT 64 Gold 6+ placed on 09/15 with a delivery date of about a week earlier, maybe this original order on the 15th, though cancelled still allowed me the scheduled Oct.delivery on my 128.

It is probably still being processed. I ordered mine on the 25th of September and it said "preparing to ship" right way and had an estimated shipping date of 10/15 to 10/24. I talked to the At&t person on chat and he told me it said it is still being processed, while my screen said preparing to ship. So, I would say yours is being processed still. 😐

I Am with you. I thought ordering from Apple would be faster than AT&T but seems people just walk into AT&T, order a phone and get it a few days later!!! While the maker AND distributer takes forever to process an order 😢

we should go to China and get their iphones just like they came to take 1000's of ours!! lol

i dont mind waiting, i just hope they deliver by the promised date (10/28-11-4) and not later!

I ordered my 6 plus Sept 19 @ at&t and was told 2 to 3 week delivery. Liars!!! I received an email saying to expect shipping between Nov 9th and 27th I might die before my phone gets here. I am so stressed over this. I check my status everyday multiple times to no avail it still says preparing to ship like it has for two weeks. Preparing to ship means they have it at least what one might presume. I'm tired of waiting and want my phone I have waited I ling freaking time for iphone to make a bigger phone. And now I have to wait what seems like a life time for their mistake of not being prepared for the release.

I would defer order processing and shipping accuracy to Apple versus AT&T. This is the first time I ordered an iphone from Apple and did not just visit an AT&T store, but the release of the 6+ is obviously a very popular for an so in-demand phone. No use believing every word shared, some pulling chain with truly not believable story lines...Would tend to credit the Apple process of transition for their phone deliveries, 1) Process, 2) Prep, 3) Ship, 4) Delivery. Further just focus on delivery dates, nothing much sooner is going to happen, only be glad when you get a tracking no. as then and only then is the phone truly in the system for 2-3 day delivery.

Hello all, I ordered mine in person at a Sprint store, 19 Sept, a 128G 6+ in SG. I am switching from AT&T to Sprint when it arrives, but I have no idea when that will be. I have no account with Sprint yet so I don't know how or if I can check my order online. I did walk into the same store and ask last Monday. They couldn't tell me squat about order status or estimated shipping dates. FYI: I'm in Dayton Oh.

If anyone is interested, Forbes posted some decent info on shipping situations for all U.S carriers, and many other countries and their respective carriers on 11, Oct.... if your looking for a glimmer of hope.
