iPhone 6 virus malware

Does anyone know how to get rid of viruses or malware on iPhone. I had the same problem with my iPhone 4s and when I got my new 6 the virus must have transfered. Everytime when I am in safari doesn't matter what site I am on a new window will pop up that's solid white then I am transferred to the App Store usually with a game app open. Does anyone know how to stop this? I have deleted cookies made sure pop up blocker is on deleted all website data and it won't stop this is one of the windows/tabs that will openUser uploaded file

I have the same problem on my Iphone 6 for 1 month, someone told me not to use Google Chrome, I removed it and started to use Safari but still same...

I can't use my Iphone for any searching anymore...It directs me to Apple store or game websites or any website which can charge me if I click on anywhere.

Please I really need urgent help, if anyone knows any solution.

Thanks

It looks like you have been visiting some bad sites, perhaps trying to view "free" videos online (which is a very dangerous activity to engage in). One of these sites is loading in the browser on your phone, which is simply trying to re-load the sites that were last open, and locking it up.

If its just a redirect to forcibly open the App Store or Itunes Store, just go to Setting, General, Restrictions then turn off App Store or Itunes App Store. I know that you lose the notification of knowing if your Apps have an update or not, but you can just turn them back on, once a week or once a month to apply those updates. That has been my quickest and easiest solution, if clearing your cache and history does not work. I hope it helps for someone

Hey

Thanks for the solution I shall try this today i am facing a similar problem since 03.11 and Service Center and call centre were unable to resolve the issue

First the blamed WiFi service provider I have 2 Different ISP and used to get the problem even when on cellular data

Please find screen shot

Should Apple not be responsible to take care of such malacious App when we are paying a premium and call center washes hands off

Running Safari on my iPhone 5, I got a pop-up visiting a websiyte on medical info that said something like "You are lucky winner! Get free iPhone 7" or something like that. The popup kept reappearing even if I:

1. Stopped the browser running.

2. Powered down then back up.

Could not browse to any web site at all - the scam popup just kept appearing.

I finally got rid of it by:

1. Going to Settings/Safari.

2. Selected Advanced

3. Selected Website Data

4. Scrolled to bottom of Website Data and selected "Remove All Website Data".

Hope this helps.

Clearing the website data alone doesn't always work. I had a persistent website prompting me to accept a new iPhone and got rid of it by:

1. Closing Safari by double clicking the home button and swiping Safari up the screen

2. Going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

3. Perform a hard restart by holding down the home and power buttons until the Apple logo appears

If you leave Safari open when you clear the history, the website is current rather than history, so point 1 ensures it doesn't get saved back into the history after you've cleared it. Point 3 just makes absolutely sure there's nothing lurking in temporary memory.

These 3 steps worked for me after I'd tried clearing and powering down.
