Change World Clock to 24 hour?

Is there any way to change World Clock to display 24 hour time instead of a black or white analog clock?

I have date and time prefs set to 24 hour but this is stuck on 12 hour and an unclear display. Light and dark don't equate to am/pm. In the UK in winter it's pretty much dark by 1630 but I'm guessing the app will still show in white.

Place, 24 hr time, yesterday/today/tomorrow and hours ahead or behind would be more meaningful if I could set that.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.2

That's great for the World Clock app, but I love having world clock complications on my watch face to show the time where my family is while I'm traveling. Any way to get them to show 24 hour time? Right now I have Honolulu and Paris showing the same time, but it's noon at one and midnight at the other...
