iPad Enrollment tries and communicates with SCEP then times out

Hi,

I am trying to enroll iPads but I get a error saying "Profile Installation Failed" a network error has occurred.

When I connect the iPad to iPhone configuration utility it comes up with time out trying to connect to SCEP which I have not enabled or configured.

I can enroll the iMacs without issue.

Console output from a iPad trying to enroll.

I don't think I require SCEP.

Well, I've seen the "Domain : NSURLErrorDomain" sometimes myself.

So I'd guess that the PM-server is on a local network that your iMacs have access to and the iPhones/iPads you are enrolling is not on that same network with access to the PM-server.

Could that be the case?

Can you explain the setup you have?

The iMacs how do you enroll them?

iPhone/iPads are enrolled with Apple Configurator?

What happens if you try to enroll the i-devices via the https://<url to profile manager server>/mydevices ?
