Iphone 6 plus not pairing via bluetooth with macbook pro

I am just playing around with my macbook pro and my iPhone 6 plus and was trying to pair them together via bluetooth but it will say connected for a second then say not connected and my phone says it isn't supported. Why is that?

Ok at least you are saying that you don't know the perpose of what am trying to do so here is it.

At place with low signal of wifi, the Mac can still detect and connect to the wifi, but the iphone can't( I guess because the signal is too low for the phone due to d phone has smaller antena) . So if you share that signal from d mac i should get it on my phone , because then the signal will be coming from the laptop which is next to me... kapish?

You can share the connection. I sent 2 links with instructions that should be pretty clear. To make is easier:

  • On your phone open Settings/Bluetooth
  • On your Mac go to the Apple menu, Preferences, Network (NOT Bluetooth) since you are creating a network
  • In the left menu you should see "Bluetooth PAN" - click on it
  • Choose your phone from the dropdown
  • Click "Connect"
