Yosemite load failure "NSInternalinconsistencyException"

Does this "NSInternalinconsistencyException" happen when you start the download progress or during installation ?

I have this too. It happens when ever I get to 5.16 gigs and then give the NSInternalInconsistencyException. running 10.6.8 app store. Apple removed my last post about this complaining about my 5 gigs of bandwidth going down the toilet. Now it's nearly 13 gigs wasted. THANKS!#@()$*#@$$ APPLE! Suppose Apple gives me back $20 for wasting my money.

I am having the exact same problem... I already three 4 times and nothing. when it reached the 5.10 GB mark it just stops and shows that "NSInternalInconsistencyException" error every time UGH!

Have you guys tested downloading OS X Yosemite in Safeboot ? Make sure you are connected via ethernet cable first .

same problem for me... 10.6.8 imac.... i'm seeing a trend?
deffiniteley no firewalls on for me, ethernet direct into modem... an all day download down the gurgeler... is there even a way to save it so it doesnt have to be re-downloaded each time.... apple blows!

It's getting really annoying.

I tried wi-fi, ethernet, different networks, restarting my computer, but I get the same error every time.

Safeboot did not work

Its during the download process! Download hasn't yet finished when the message appears. I have the same problem with MacPro (early 2008) with OSX 10.6.8. Is this a known issue? Is there a solution?

Same issue here as well. No solution. Hopefully Apple will fix this bug. Wish I could upgrade to Mavericks in the meantime.

Yup, same problem here. Mac Pro 10.6.8. Downloads about 5.10 Gb and then gives that error. Tried it 4 times now, same problem each time. Have tried all software updates; didn't help.

Mine gets to "5.16gb of 5.16gb - 8 minutes remaining" then "An error has occurred"

So what I did was used my 10.9 install and downloaded it there. If you guys would download the 10.9 mavericks first then the Yosemite then upgrading would be easier. "I know it's double the problem/bandwidth/time, but it works." Still Pi$$ed. Remember to copy the yosemite install app somewhere else so you don't have to re download it anytime in the future for other installs.
