Yosemite: No internet for 5GHz wifi

I'm using a dual-band router.

After upgrading to 10.10 Yosemite, I realised that though I can connect to the 5Ghz wifi, there's no internet.

However, I can connect and do have internet for the 2.4GHz. (Both 5 & 2.4 worked fine on Mavericks before upgrading to Yosemite)

I have done the following:

- Run a diagnostics in the Network Preferences

- Delete the wifi and reconnect

- Delete the Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration folder

- Reset PRAM

Anyone knows how I can fix this issue?? Thanks!
