Google Drive problems on Yosemite?

Google Drive does not work on my 2012 MacBook Air after installing Yosemite but it works on my 2010 Mac Mini. Anyone else with that problem?

thanks - your solution worked perfectly for me - mid 2011 iMac just updated to yosemite and had the grey signed out symbol on the top bar. now fixed

when I cut and paste the sudo command posted above I get a message in terminal that says "no such file or directory". What am I missing?
