Upgraded to Yosemite; maps no longer works

After upgrading to Yosemite, the Maps program does not work. Just shows boxes...

I can't get my maps working at all. Same problem also on my iphone 5 (ios 8.1.2).

Here's something that I have too:

com.apple.geo not responding

com.apple.geod process is not responding
