I purchased OS X Server 3.2.2 in August and after I updated to OS X Yosemite Apple wants me to pay $19.99 again? Why didn't they say that the app was going to be obsolete in a month before a wasted my time and money??? Is there a way to get a free upgrade?

Oh gosh, not this topic again....
Server version have always been tied to the base OS version for which it was released. Each upgrade of the base OS requires a new server purchase. this is nothing new and for the price should really not be an issue as it is dirt cheap compared to other options.
It seems they do warn you before you install Yosemite.
