after i upgrade my mac to yosemite, some application (photoshope cs5...) require to install legacy java se 6 runtime. so how can i do?
That is not correct. Since OS 10.10 Yosemite, you must now download and install it yourself from that link.

Unfortunately I installed Java SE 6 and reinstalled the newer and I thought it would help me but when I reopened the app it gave me an error message and I don't have the programs to reinstall. I am quit bummed.
Please uninstall and reinstall the product.
