Do you have pre-Yosemite Time Machine Backup? If yes,


1. Hang on to it. It may prove critical for the OS X side.

2. Do you have a Windows backup? This will give you the size of Windows volume prior to upgrade.

3. If you have TM on an external drive, you can see the size of the original OS X volume prior to upgrade and verify their respective current sizes vs the size in backups to see what the discrepancy is.
