ICAL Yosemite List view gone!!!

HI can someone advise if we can get the List view back in Ical. use it for my business diary with at least 30 events each day can't possibly make any sense of it in the new OS X Yosemite update in Day view. Block colours are useless when many entries appear each day. Completely wrecked up our day list now so considering switching to Google Calendar if no solution can be found. Advice welcomed.

Thanks

iMac, iOS 8.0.2

I Agree with everyone about this and wish there was a more customer need focus for its small business customers. They are well known for supporting creativity and thinking differently, however fro the business and productivity side they need to know that these customers need to be very focused and productive to support these endeavors.

I need to see my reminders in my I Cal because I do not always know when I will or need to plan or set a date or time. To have to bounce back and forth makes it as close to impossible as it can get.

I added a comment on the Apple Support page hope they see this as well.

BusyCal is the clear leader in this field, but $40. I switched to it about 3 years ago, it was worth every penny.

I think this is why agenda view isn't in the Apple Calendar app, Apple has to tread the line between adding features to their apps and undercutting the professional developers who constitute much of their ecosystem.

Dear All,

POSSIBLE ANSWER.... I'm a bit late to the party here, but I learned that the "" does work! At least for what I needed it for. As Paul graciously shared with us, double quotes back to back in the search bar brings up a list view for the day. From there, one can shift click or control click to choose consecutive or random events and delete as desired! That is what I wanted it for. Not sure about anyone else. And it works as in past for recurring ones too so still leaving future events. Yay! Hope this helps someone! Thanks so much Paul!!!!
