mbpr 13 windows 8.1 system interrupt

my mbpr installed windows 8.1 bootcamp

but recently i found out that my cpu kept using 30% of my cpu

20% for system and 10%for system interrupt

i've tried a lot of way even enabled my bluetooth and wifi driver

but non of them help

and that have cause my computer really high temp

so i wanna ask that if there is anyone recently have the same problem

how to solve it?
