how to enable reader mode in safari

hi. I wanna enable safari reader mode in yosemite but i can`t find this option.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10)

Move the mouse over to the left of the search/address box and you should see 3 horizontal lines.

There is also the Readability extension that does much of the same thing.
