Notification Centre does not Remember Settings

Hardware/Software:

Macbook Air Mid 2013 1.3Ghz 8GB RAM 120GB SSD / Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10

Issue:

My personal configuration for Notification Centre aren't remembered and every app that has access to Notification Centre gets enabled with each reboot regardless of the configuration I have just made previously.

Troubleshooting:

Unticking all options within the apps in Notification Centre and setting the notification banner/alert to none.

I really don't care for notifications, so one of the first things I did when notification centre was introduced was to remove almost every app from it. Yosemite reset all of these, which was pretty annoying, but I changed them all again and moved on. But like the other posters in this thread, after a reboot all my customisation was lost. This is absolutely consistent - every reboot resets the settings to defaults. Pretty annoying!

Issue seems consistent. I, like some of you that I have seen post, hate being notified of things on my macbook pro13''. The fix I used (which will stop all notifications) was set my computer to do not disturb and set the time from 7am to 6am. That way when i Turn my computer on( because I'm never awake or wanting to be on a computer at the hour of 6am) I am not notified of anything. Hopefully there is an update soon because doing so will not allow my computer to ring if my phone is ringing and I do love that feature. Hope it helps guys.
