My iPhone 6 launches apps by itself!

I have the same problem. My iPhone 6 (which i paid full price for) has been acting randomly for a couple months. The symptoms comes and goes but the screen would twitch, open random apps, start typing gibberish, and i have to lock it or force it to restart (and sometimes even that doesnt work). At the same time, my touch screen would become completely unresponsive. Apple wont do anything until i pay $$$ for it. This is a manufacturer's defect that they refuse to fix. I wonder if there is a legal option for the matter.

I have an iphone 6 plus and it randomly launching apps all by itself. It's very annoying. So I did many researches and found a solution that works for me. I went into icloud and turnoff keychain backup and it's gone.

I have the same problem. My iPhone 6S launches programs by itself. And when I am in email or web browser it will jump around by itself. This began happening just after it went off warranty. i HATE MY IpHONE 6s. I will not buy another iPhone. I have had better experience with cheap Chinese phones. Apparently this is a produced defect that Apple refuses to fix.

I had the same problem yesterday, removed the screen protector and BANG my phone was normal again. . Yhanks for the help.

i had this problem too and removed the screen protector and my iphone went back to mormal.

I think it may have to do with the wifi connectivity- I switched off the wifi and put it on data and it stopped the random behavior- will see how long this continues

Apple better address this or class action lawsuit coming. Started immediately after iOS 10.1.1 upgrade..... hmmmm
