This is seriously ******* me off, I can't sync my phone without it doing a backup straight to my SSD which contains Windows 7 and next to nothing else. I've already tried mkink /J blah blah blah in the CMD prompt, didn't work. Tried a program designed to change the backup location, didn't work. Brutal. Why can't apple just let me move my backup location to wherever I want?

I had follow the step and move the back up to new drive but I can't create new junction. It keep meation that parameter incorrect, how can I solve this kind of problem?
Edit > Preferences > Devices, delete the listed backup, connect the iPod and back up.

Almost. With iTunes closed you delete the symbolic link, then move the folder back where it came from.

Ok.. thank you.. here was the bug.. I did not update iTunes to the latest update.. so my recommendation is all devices and the iTunes be undated first.
