Deleted keyboard shortcuts reapearring

Starting a few weeks ago, every keyboard shortcut I've ever had (sync iCloud starting syncing them) reappeared even though I deleted them months/years ago. They reappear on both my iPhone and Macbook. When I re-delete them, it solved the problem temporarily, but they will all reappear randomly within a day or two. Any idea what's going on? Can I reset my iCloud keyboard shortcut settings so this stop happening or something?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

i have the same issue, I did a long search & they said to turn off "Documents & Data"

Yikes, that's not a good solution at all because that removes the "sync between devices" feature.

Even worse, I turned off "Documents & Data" and now I can't get into my keyboard shortcut settings in iOS 8.1. The settings app keeps crashing. Not good at all (I depend on these shortcuts a lot).

Turned off Icloud & IOS8.1 synced directly with MacOS Yosemite and it still occurs. Old shortcuts continue to reappear along with shortcuts that were edited previously. What a super pain in the ... at least I still have shortcuts and can just continue to edit and delete them until the worm is taken out of the Apple. I am fed up with this issue and a fix should have come as shortcuts were not an issue before for me with the exception of a few bugs syncing them together with Macbook and other devices.

Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.

I don't think sending Feedback helps. I think submitting the bug via http://bugreport.apple.com/ helps as I've had engineers respond and work with me on troubleshooting.

HAS ANYBODY SEEN THIS POST? I cannot delete iPhone keyboard shortcuts. They keep restoring.

Its helped some but I am still having zombiecuts come back but theyre ZC that I havent seen in maybe a year or so. My SC's did change and have less to deal with now. I am kind of stuck but at least made it somewhere else.
