iPad air 2 pop noise

My iPad Air 2 randomly has a "Pop Noise" out of the speaker. it happens randomly about once or twice a day when touching the screen or pressing a button. Has anybody else experienced this issue? Could it be a software issue or has it more likely to do with the hardware?

The advice I offered, is the ONLY advice anyone here can offer. You didn't ask a question. You basically said, it keeps happening and you're unhappy you bought your iPad. There's no setting anyone can tell you to change. And since none of us can resolve this for you, your only options are as follows:

1. If it's hardware, return it for exchange or sell it. If the store won't help you, call Apple Customer Support and elevate your issue.

2. If it's software, wait for Apple to release an update which will hopefully help you.

Otherwise, you can complain if it makes you feel better, but no one here can fix this issue for you or for themselves for that matter.

And no it wouldn't make me happy to purchase your iPad. Mine has no popping sound issues. And I am sorry the one you have does and that it makes you unhappy.

Selling a faulty device to another person is not an advice is you lacking integrity. Please go away and stop quoting me i'm not gonna reply you anymore, you have a "special" way to deal with issues which i completely disagree.

And if i keep complaining here about this issue until Apple gives us a satisfactory solution is none of your business.

I never suggested NOT telling someone WHY you might sell your iPad. You may have thought about not saying the iPad makes sounds, but that would be you, not me.

You can complain all you want. Post every day, multiple times each day. But Apple isn't here as this forum is only users. So, you're not accomplishing anything by complaining except to make yourself feel better.

I've been nice to you and given the only advice anyone offer. But you can't tell me to go away. So just ignore me as I will you.

And I get that you have a real issue. I've never doubted it for a moment. But no one here can solve it for you.

No you have not. Sorry i can't i don't have the level to ignore you sadly but if you stop quoting me that will do the work.

Well that's because all you do is whine and complain. If you actually helped anyone with a problem and they awarded you points, you can elevate your level. But you can certainly ignore me. I'm just not going away. I'm interested in this thread.

Have a nice day......

That's fair. I've been on this forum for a few years now, and I do enjoy helping people with technical problems that can be easily solved. You and I don't have to have the same goals at all.

I am curious to know beyond taking it to an Apple Store, which you say wan't helpful at all, if you've elevated this issue to Apple Customer Support? Apple typically is more than happy to replace devices and often authorize replacements via phone support, which you get handled at an Apple Store. Have you tried?

You can reach customer support by clicking on the Contact Us at the bottom right of this page.

To be sincere i haven't elevated anything that option is available for mexican customers?, i'm gonna keep reporting here about my results. Thank you.

At least you're being honest about who you really are............

Of course the option is available to ALL Apple customers. Your time would be so much better utilized if you used the channels available to you.

I Guess you expect this site is supported by Apple employees? There are no Apple employees in the support community. If you want to speak to an Apple Employee you will need to call Apple Care... If you just bought the device you can return it even in Mexico you can return the device for a full refund through Apple Care. To be very frank no one in here really knows what is wrong with the device. Some think it is software some think it is hardware and some think it maybe both.

tthe only reason I am here is I want to know how can I get these responses from emailing me? I have selected unfollow and I have turned off the email selection in my activity but I keep getting these responses from this site. This just started to happen this week. I used to just click on the "following" check mark and it would switch to "Follow" and the emails would stop. But starting on Wednesday of last week it has been sending me emails regardless.

Excuse me but i never stated the contrary did i?

Well i talked with an Apple representative by chat and by phone, the only solution they are giving me is to take the tablet to an Apple center here in Mexico City.

Apple is not addressing this as an issue so i'd be wasting my time if i do that. The people i talked by phone denied there is an issue too so....

Is my word against the Apple employees.....at the end i lose and i'm not happy with that.
