Same messages in console here. Any idea?

I have the same issue resulting in my startup hanging halfway for 5 minutes before continuing.

Same problem here... Having kernel panics (GPU related) several times a day. This message appears repeatedly in the console and is the last thing before the restart.

2012 15''rMBP running Yosemite 10.10

i had the same problem and solved it by removing my mac out of the active directory domain which he was joined in.

still the same log entry, but no hangups in the middle of the startup process.

I get this same message as well,suhelperd[278] on my MacBook Pro Retina, and suhelperd[183] on my iMac

Yes, I have the same issue on a clean install of Yosemite on my Mac Mini 2012...I notice that in trying to resolve an issue with SystemUI Server not responding or burning up the CPU.

I too have this problem. Macbook pro9.1 and OS 10.10. Anyone know a fix yet?

Left me with a black screen and the beachball of death, with the HD chugging away doing FSM-knows-what. I bit the bullet and force-rebooted it; everything seems to be OK -- but given the choice, I'd rather not.

Yosemite, latest and greatest (cough), on a Mid 2007 iMac.

Same problem here. 10.10 riddled with errors. Apple new OSx quickly becoming somhting to avoid.. feels like a beta instead of a public release....

Just had a second kernel panic within few hours. Getting scary unstable.

Console log was filled with 100+ lines of:

kernel[0]: BUG in process suhelperd[243]: over-released legacy external boost assertions (1 total, 1 external, 0 legacy-external)

Sound looped, screen froze and Mac went completely unresponsive. Had to power it down hard to get it to restart.

I would expect that this is the process ID, and therefore it will usually always be different.

I got the same problem! Macbook force restart twice with a poop ton of:

"BUG in process suhelperd [383]: over-released legacy external boost assertions (1 total, 1 external, 0 legacy-external)" right before both crashes. Anybody know a fix?
