First of all . this is the best cateogery i could find for this query .
I recently got a SE k800i on 3 contract but there are several issues which need to be addressed .
1 . The software update can only be done by using a windows PC or using internet thru phone . but if you have a closer look :::: Main Menu > Settings > General > Update service doesnt exist on the phone . the SE website says it should . Is 3 breaking some law or something by making this option unavailable .
2 . also is there any way to connect the phone to the internet using my macbook pros broadband connection ... or do reverse connections simply don't work .
3 . the phone is good apart from the battery life ..
