Changing Siri's Name

If there is a way to change Siri's name please let me know, if not they should work on that, I think it would be cool.

Personally I'd like to change Siri's name to Juiz, the concierge from Eden of the East.

Let me know what you'd change her name to if you could.

iPhone 5, iOS 8.1

Since we all are in agreement what can we do besides send a comment to Apple… Hasn’t done any good for 10 generations of the phone so what would make the difference now?

I'm sorry you put all that time and effort into that long post. The fact of the matter is that all you can do is send feedback to Apple, using their feedback page here, http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html They do not participate in the forum.

I selected your other sentence, because Siri did not come out until the iPhone 4S, just to help frame your time comment. Posting here will not help, so if you have already sent feedback, send another one.

I live in Sweden were Siri is a common name.

My daughter is named Siri and I hate apple for picking that name.

I have not finished my setup of the Iphone because I want to be able to say. "Hey Siri. How was school" or "hey Siri do you know where I put my glasses" without having to deal with my phone.

If it is active you need to disable 'Hey Siri' in the settings (either in 'Settings > Siri', 'Settings > Siri & search' or 'Settings > General> Siri'). You may be able to activate it manually (hold home button) once the Hey Siri command is off, otherwise provide some info on the device & iOS version if that fails.

You all need to tell Apple if you want this to change…

We are mostly just other Apple users & cannot alter Apple's software.

This feature would be incredibly useful for me. I have three room mates, all of whom have iPhones. It get's annoying when I say "Hey Siri" and all of the phones go off. Would be more useful if I could customize what I call Siri so that their phones wouldn't go off when I only want to interact with my own.
