Game subcategories on the App Store broken

Something is very wrong with the App Store. Checking the featured apps for each subcategory of games, the What’s New and What’s Hot sections of each are, basically, whatever’s right at the top of an alphanumerically-sorted list. Each of these sections is also identical within each subcategory. This is the case both on iTunes itself and the App Store on my iGear. On top of that, the categorisation has been left to fester. The sheer number of lazy Threes and Flappy Bird clones that have been allowed to infest every corner of the App Store like Zerg Creep is obscene - thankfully less of the latter now (at one point as many as 90% of the twenty Whats New games listed were Flappy This or Flappy That!), but still way too many.
