Batch convert Pages 5 files to PDF.

I used each of the scripts above and in ElCapital created an application = but in both cases got an error message =

error "Pages got an error: export id \"CBDDFA20-6982-49A3-8B31-880F5B3E2FBD\" doesn’t understand the “export” message." number -1708 from export id "CBDDFA20-6982-49A3-8B31-880F5B3E2FBD"

or "The variable docx is not defined." number -2753 from "docx"

I used to use QuicKeys and I can't figure out how to do it in Automator [which I would prefer] -- thanks

Probably because if you look at the dates of the posts, they were for earlier versions of Pages.

ah....I think what happened is my search was for the past year but any responses make it seem like the last year = I think you are right. But there is another discussion on these Boards ref an AppleScript and we'll see if that works.

There is an online converter, Zamzar.com which will convert a variety of formats = but I'd rather control it on my desktop totally....

You can try iWorkConverter, it can batch convert pages to docx and pdf.
