This is very confusing. Can someone explain the difference between these 3 options in Photos app.

Your iPhoto Library is located in your /Home/Pictures/ folder and contains all the photos you have put into iPhoto. iCloud Photo Library is the library of photos you have stored in iCloud.
I have latest build of iOS and El Capitan, using Photos on MacBook Air and iCloud Photo Library on iPhone and iPad.
If I turn Photo Stream on, what happens to the photos at the end of 30 days? Are they automatically stored to iCloud Photo Library?
No, they are simply dropped from Photo Stream.
