How do I receive a call back from Apple Care?

I have noticed extended wait times in order to speak to an

Apple Care Advisor. There is a way to have them call you

back but I have lost the information. Can you help?

Yosemite has nothing to do with Mac OS 9 Classic. This is a user to user forum, hence no direct contact to AppleCare.

The most important thing to remember when calling AppleCare is to gather a pen and paper, and write down:

1. Your case #.

2. The names of individuals you spoke with.

3. The department you asked to speak with.

AppleCare cases typically can be handled either by Apple Retail stores with Genius bars, or Apple Authorized Service centers under http://www.apple.com/buy

If the phone method has a long wait.

If you are not in the U.S. enter the two letter code that appears under http://store.apple.com/ between http://www.apple.com/ and buy when writing your web address: http://www.apple.com/ca/buy deals with Canada retail and authorized service centers for example.

You may be able to get quicker help for your problem from a user in this forum, but first you must post in the appropriate location: https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-2463 Nothing that runs Classic has AppleCare coverage.
