Q: unknown error occurred 0x80090318

anytime i try to go on itunes store on my computer a box comes up and says "Itunes could not connect to the itunes store. An unknown error occurred (0x80090318) then it says "Make sure your network connection is active and try again" .. my network works i can go on the internet and everything but i cant figure out how to get the store to work. i have windows.. SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE

See if the troubleshooting for that error code on this page : Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

Or there is this which appears to have worked for a number of people : error iTunes Store : 0x80090318 (the solution).
