My AppleID was disabled, I want it back.

Hi, Apple Support, I need your very kind help!

My AppleID was disabled 3 weeks ago without any information informed, I don't know why, I did nothing. Now I could only log in iTunes with my AppleID, no app could be downloaded or updated, let alone add new apps. My AppleID was registered 3 or 4 years ago, it is my only one. Without my AppleID, all my Apple devices are completely useless. And those apps in my AppleID help me a lot, I need them badly!

I eagerly want my Apple ID back, could you help me to enable it? Please!

Thank you very, very much!!

Have you tried what is on the page that Carolyn linked to and reset your account's password ? And after doing that you've logged out and back into your account on your iOS devices ?

If it still shows as disabled after doing that then try contacting iTunes Support (we are fellow users here on these forums) and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

We are fellow users here on these forums, we can't enable your account for you.

If you've disabled your account then you may be able to re-enable it via 'reset your password' on http://appleid.apple.com

You might then need to log out and back into your account on any iOS devices that you have.

For your security questions, if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then you can use that to reset them : http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT6170

If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT5699#I - is that how you tried to contact them ? They should also be able to re-enable your account if you can't do so via the above.

When they've been reset, and if you don't already have a rescue email address, you can then add one for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201356

I changed my password yesterday, still didn't work, or I should say I'm not sure because a new problem shows up.

When I logged in App Store after my password changed, there's a verification, "Before you can make purchases, you must tap OK, then verify your payment info." So I had to "Sign In to iTunes Store" as required, I signed in with my new password again and again, it asked me to sign in again and again, looked like the passwords of App Store and iTunes Store did not match, what the ****?

Now I'll change my password back and see what would happen.

This same thing happened to me about 3 days after upgrading to new iTunes. All of a sudden my shows were gone and I could not longer log into iTunes. My password stopped working. I have spent hours changing password to iTunes, to Apple ID, emails, verifications, etc. ITunes support is no help whatsoever. They have replied to my requests twice with advice indicates they are not reading my messages, giving me the easiest answer, which does not work.

Finally I was able to log in earlier today, only to now figure out that every time I use the password and am able to log in, iTunes shuts it down again. One time use and it's done. Very frustrating. My problem sounds the same as yours.

My AppleID was disabled, I want it back.
