My AppleID was disabled, I want it back.

Hi, Apple Support, I need your very kind help!

My AppleID was disabled 3 weeks ago without any information informed, I don't know why, I did nothing. Now I could only log in iTunes with my AppleID, no app could be downloaded or updated, let alone add new apps. My AppleID was registered 3 or 4 years ago, it is my only one. Without my AppleID, all my Apple devices are completely useless. And those apps in my AppleID help me a lot, I need them badly!

I eagerly want my Apple ID back, could you help me to enable it? Please!

Thank you very, very much!!

Hi, thanks!

Yesterday, for the first time, I got one solid info about the reason why my Apple ID was disabled. They told me it's about my purchase list, they said that there're too many items. W T F are they thinking about? And what kind of reason it is? I'm a heavy user for several years, it definitely should be "many". Even this very only info, costs me 40 fking days!

You asked me if it's about the "country", I honestly say I meet that. I'm a Chinese, and did choose America market for my Apple ID because it provide better quality and safety than that stuff on China market. Even though, that's not the real reason of the "disable". If Apple start to clear this part, Apple will lose half users in China, just because these people did that like what I did, choose America market.

I called Apple Support again and again, many hours were wasted. They never tell you why, just say "thank you" and "sorry". You dont know why, so you can not explain, let alone argue something. My Apps are my property, now I can not download any of them, how could Apple do that? Apple really know how to make people hate them.

If you are in China then you can only use the China store. The US store's terms (terms which you agreed to) include :

The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. Apple may use technologies to verify your compliance.

If you are in China then you cannot 'honestly say I meet that'.

Sorry, I didn't notice that my reply wasn't posted.

The "meet" I said means meeting your point, not that policy. Let me make it clear, I'm a Chinese, I live in China, I chose America store. I don't deserve your ironic words.

According to the lasted response from Apple Support, they disabled my Apple ID because of my long purchase list, maybe they assumed me in a bad way, like cracker or something. The Support knew that excuse would not work, so they told me I used wrong store and I "need to accept it". Just like the way you stressed. You think it is right, I don't think so. Put you into jail for some an accusation, you prove that's not exist, then they tell you there must be another mistake you ever did, so be in the jail. Don't you think it is wrong?

Anyway, it's between I and Apple, not you and I. You've helped a lot of people, that's very nice, just don't speak like Apple.

Thank you!

The store's terms are there for a reason, the content providers want control over where their content is available (e.g. for music they may have an exclusive deal to sell online through another site, for apps a country's laws may prohibit their sale there), each country therefore has to have its own store, and you have to be in country to use its store.

When you created your US account you were shown the store's terms and you agreed to abide by them - you violated the terms and you've been caught, iTunes Support are unlikely to re-enable your account.

Get your serial number call Apple have the automated operator send you to the Apple Technical Support line give them your serial number and they will enable your Apple I.d.. You may have to change your credit card connected to iTunes also. Takes about 10 mins. Afterwards you can update the iPad make purchases from iTunes and download new apps and update old apps. So call right away. If this is not your iPad or you brought a used iPad you may have to contact the previous owner Or see if you can change the E-mail and security questions first before calling.
