i've searched around for how to do this but i couldn't find any answers??? i need to change my itunes store language back to english please help

It changes the country as well as the language.
Scroll down to the bottom of the iTunes window theh click the round flag icon on the right then select: United States
Go into Edit > Preferences (control-comma), and at the bottom of the first tab ('General' tab) on the popup there should be a language setting e.g. (hopefully my image will show)
The order that the languages show on that list probably vary by the language that you currently have selected (and they will be shown in the language that you currently have selected), so English won't necessarily be towards the top of the list. When you've selected a new language close and re-open iTunes for the change to take effect
